You must return the product within 15/30 calendar days of your purchase. We do not give a refund for our product, however, you can exchange it with any of our products. The product you want to exchange must be in the same condition as you received it and remains undamaged in any way.

After receiving the item/product from you, our team of professionals will thoroughly inspect it before initiating the exchange process. Please take note that in case of the customized product, which is made, designed, or customized exclusively to meet your special needs in the bathroom, sanitary ware, or kitchenware, we can neither give you a refund nor exchange it.

Either you have returned the uncustomized product after 30 calendar days or it is damaged in any way, we are sorry to mention that you will not be eligible for exchange.
